Movement Mortgage, one the fastest growing privately held companies in the nation, recently announced their plans to move its corporate headquarters to Bailes Ridge corporate park in Lancaster, SC, off Highway 160. The move will bring 650 jobs to the area, and a $22 million investment. The state already has plans to widen Highway 160 to accommodate increased growth in the area.
Mike Bilodeau from MPV Properties brokered the deal, and has been involved in the corporate park since its development in 2002.
