Del Webb is moving forward with plans to develop Carolina Orchards, a proposed 722 single-family unit community aimed at the active baby boomer market. The site is located in Fort Mill along Springfield Parkway, off I-77 at the Gold Hill Road exit. Chuck Epps of the Fort Mill school district is happy to hear that the new development will not place any additional burden on schools in the area, while also adding to the diversity of the community.

Bailey Patrick with MPV Properties assisted with the project by representing PulteGroup, the parent company of Del Webb, in their search and purchase of the site along Highway 521.
