Matt McLanahan joins MPV Properties as a Broker Associate where he is engaged in general retail brokerage, development and construction administration.
Bailey W. Patrick Jr. joins MPV Properties as a Broker Associate and will focus on land and industrial brokerage. Bailey studied at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill where he received a BA in Economics and was a member of the Men’s Golf team.
Mike Chatham joins MPV Properties as a Broker with a focus on the hospitality and senior housing markets. Mike brings many years of experience developing hotel and student housing projects.
