Charlotte, NC (February, 2016)MPV Properties (MPV) has broken ground on the highly anticipated RedStone development in Indian Land, South Carolina. This marks the beginning of Phase I of the project, which will include a 14-screen Stone Theatre and 54,900 SF of retail shop space.

RedStone is located in northern Lancaster County at the intersection of Highway 521 and Highway 160. According to Mike Bilodeau, Development Manager at MPV Properties, “Given Indian Land’s tremendous growth, and RedStone’s prime strategic location, this project is ideally positioned to attract a number of national, regional, and local tenants to serve the growing retail needs of this market.”

Plans for Phase II of RedStone are underway. At full build out, RedStone will serve as a major retail hub with a total 310,000 SF of shopping and services for residents of Indian land, south Charlotte, Fort Mill, Sun City and all of Lancaster County.

Mike Bilodeau is developing the RedStone project, while Keely (Simerville) Hines (MPV) is the leasing agent.
