Charlotte, NC (February, 2016) – MPV Properties (MPV) is pleased to announce the sale of the former Office Depot located at 9011 South Tryon Street near Ayrsley in Charlotte, North Carolina. The former build-to-suit Office Depot building, built in 2005, has been vacant since May of last year. Hyock Kwon, the new owner, has plans to turn the 17,500 SF building into a Tisun beauty supply store.
