Charlotte, NC (March, 2017)MPV Properties (MPV) announces new tenants for Riverbend Village, the proposed 78,000-SF Harris Teeter anchored shopping center in the Mountain Island Lake community of Northwest Charlotte that will open spring of 2018. The mixed-use development will contain 320,000 SF of retail space, 385,000 SF of office space and 600 residential units.

Thus far, outparcel users fronting Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road include HT Fuel and Taco Bell. An outparcel shop building will include Dunkin’ Donuts who will occupy 2,025 SF with a drive through and Firehouse Subs who has leased 2,115 SF. The Dunkin’ Donuts will be owned and operated by Donna and Vince Machi, and this will be their 6th store in the Charlotte market. Joey Morganthall with MPV Properties represents the Machis. Justin Scotto operates Firehouse Subs with 11 units in the area. David Hidell with Gallant Properties represents Firehouse Subs. Other outparcel shops will include a dentist, dry cleaner and full service breakfast concept.

In-line shops will consist of E Life Nail Spa, occupying 3,200 SF and offering nail, skincare and massage services; Drew Huggins with Huggins Realty Group represented the Tenant. Great Clips has leased 1,132 SF; Margot Bizon with Katz & Associates represented the Tenant. A financial services provider has leased 1,178 SF and a cell phone provider has executed a lease for 1,365 SF – names of which cannot be released at this time. Additional leases are being negotiated with a fitness concept, pet store, pizza restaurant, wing restaurant, yogurt shop, and a mail services store.
