Kensington Capital Advisors will take 2,590 SF of space at Two Morrocroft Centre at 4064 Colony Road in Charlotte, NC. Robby Kirby with MPV represented the tenant in the lease transaction, and Marshal Williamson of Lincoln Harris represented the landlord.
Saussy Burbank has leased 6,369 SF of space at Three Coliseum Center located at 2550 W. Tyvola Road. Robby Kirby and Bailey Patrick with MPV represented the tenant. David Dorsch with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
8200 England Street Car dealership Subaru South Boulevard, who is currently located at 9201 South Blvd, has purchased 1.5-acres at 8200 England Street. The site, which also includes a 3,600 SF industrial facility, was purchased for $390,000 from the seller, Charlotte Pavement. Subaru South Boulevard plans to use the site for vehicle storage and service/maintenance for their inventory. Billy Thomas with MPV represented the landlord and buyer in this transaction.
1400 Amble Drive Green Techniques has leased 6,600 SF of space at 1400 Amble Drive, located near North Graham Street. Billy Thomas of MPV represented the landlord, and Frank McCleneghan with Piedmont Properties represented the tenant. The single-tenant building had been vacant prior to this transaction.
701 Griffith Road Murray Supply Company, a wholesale plumbing supply company, has signed a lease for 124,000 SF of warehouse space at 701 Griffith Road. The entire building, which is located along Intersate 77 off Tyvola Road, is 220,000 SF. Robby Kirby of MPV represented Murray Supply Company, and Jim Whiteside of Whiteside Properties represented the landlord.
4330 Chesapeake Drive Two recent transactions took place at 4330 Chesapeake Drive, located near Brookshire Boulevard and Interstate 85. The land, formerly one parcel of land, was divided into two parcels. The first transaction was for the sale of 5.5 acres, including a 20,892 SF industrial building, on what is now 4338 Chesapeake Drive to STS Cable Services for $850,000. Marty McLaughlin with Park Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in this transaction. The second transaction was for the sale of the remaining 7 acres and approximately 40,000 SF of industrial space at 4330 Chesapeake to Chesser Container for $1.2 million. This will be an expansion and relocation for Chesser Container, a cleaner of commercial industrial equipment. Jim Whiteside of Whiteside Industrial Properties represented the buyer. Robby Kirby & Billy Thomas of MPV represented the seller in both of these transactions.
