Eric joined Merrifield Patrick Vermillion in 2010 as a Managing Partner and Principal. Eric brings over 15 years of commercial real estate development and brokerage experience, most recently as Principal at The Carolina Group and its predecessor firm, Harris Murr & Vermillion. Prior to joining The Carolina Group, Eric spent 10 years with Core Properties building an industry-leading tenant representation and brokerage practice in the retail sector. During his career thus far, Eric has executed well over 300 transactions involving many of the dominant landlords and retailers in the industry. Eric began his career with Lat Purser & Associates, where he exclusively leased both company owned and third party retail assets. Eric holds a BS in psychology from The College of Charleston.
