Justin Holofchak is a native Charlottean and has nearly ten years of real estate experience in the Charlotte region. Justin has a comprehensive knowledge of all facets of land brokerage, including Site Selection/Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Land Assemblages. These multi-disciplinary skills across all major land product lines, coupled with Justin's work ethic and his ability to develop strong relationships with his clients provide them with across the board services in meeting all facets of their real estate needs. Justin has built a large portfolio of clients, representing landowners, buyers, developers and investors with listings and transactions that vary in size and type.

Justin graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a B.A. in Biology in 1999. He is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina and has been a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS Multi-Million Dollar Club for six consecutive years. In 2009, Justin was the recipient of second place Top Land Producer award given by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS.
