Upon receiving a degree in broadcast journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Catherine began her residential real estate career with Bissell Hayes Realtors before making the crossover into commercial. Before joining the Carolina Group in 2010, she also worked on a new construction condominium project in the heart of Charlotte. Her interest in general retail brokerage includes third party shopping center leasing, tenant representation and outparcels sales. Catherine is native to Charlotte and played division one tennis at UNC-Chapel Hill. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds real estate brokerage licenses in both North and South Carolina.
