Stephen Woodard is a native Charlottean and spent 11 years playing professional golf before joining Bissell Patrick in 2007. Stephen's focus is primarily on Office, Industrial and Land brokerage. He has spent time representing buyers, sellers and investors in the Land industry under the guidance of Bailey W. Patrick, Nolan Mills and Justin P. Holofchak. He has strengthened his grasp on the land market with such technological tools as Arc Map software, which enables him to better assess Land opportunities in the real estate market. On the Industrial side, he has sought the experience of William B. Thomas with tenant representation and landlord representation. Stephen has represented tenants seeking smaller flex buildings, as well as representing landlords for much larger warehouse products. He currently handles all of the leasing activity for Providence Park- A 28-acre Class A Office Park with over 276,000 leasable square feet. By working within the various divisions of commercial real estate, Stephen is quickly gaining a broad knowledge of the industry.

Stephen received a B.A. in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in 1996. Stephen was also on the PGA Tour, Nationwide Tour and Canadian PGA Tour as a professional golfer from 1996 to 2007.
