Yvonne Wells Hughes joined TCG Partners, LLC in July 2007 as property manager for CGP Freedom Mall. Prior to coming on as property manager she was director of property management for Pulliam Investment Co. Inc, in Spartanburg, SC. She has extensive management experience with conventional properties, commercial properties, government housing, and student housing.

Yvonne is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, the National Apartment Association, and the Upper State Apartment Association. She holds the accredited resident manager and the certified apartment manager designations. A native of Gaffney, S.C., Yvonne attended USC-Spartanburg.
