Red Ventures joins 521 Corporate Center

Red Ventures, a leading on-line marketing services company, purchased a 7-acre site at 521 Corporate Center, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The site is adjacent to Red Ventures newly acquired 60,000 SF office facility. The 7-acre site will be used to provide employee amenities and support future growth. "Red Ventures considered a wide range of potential sites that would allow us to consolidate our local operations and support planned growth, and selected the 521 Corporate Center due to its location, quality of construction and access to amenities.", according to Mark Brodsky, CFO.
Chris Schaaf of Keystone Partners represented the buyer and Mike Bilodeau of Merrifield Partners represented the seller in the above transaction.
521 Corporate Center, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners, is a 67-acre office park located three miles south of Ballantyne along the SC / NC state line.
