Charles and Nancy White have purchased Unit B-1 in Building 7 (1,879 s.f.) at Mooresville Gateway, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners.

Mooresville Gateway is a 50-acre commercial center located off I-77 at Exit 33, Mooresville, N.C. Gary Knox of Joe Knox Properties represented the Buyer. George Macon, of Merrifield Partners, represented the Seller in this transaction.
