Steelecroft Village Condo Sales

Charlotte, NC (June 2008)

Goodman & Lochary Real Estate Partnership purchased an office condo, Unit A in Building 2 (5,095 sf), at Steelecroft Village. The location will be the site of Drs. Goodman and Lochary's pediatric dentistry practice. James Kerr of First Charlotte Properties represented the buyer in the above transaction.

Middlesex Investments, LLC has purchased Building 1 (8,300 sf) at Steelecroft Village. This location will be the site of Steelecroft Dentistry. David Ferguson of True View Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in this transaction.

George Macon of Merrifield Partners represented the seller in both of the above transactions.

Steelecroft Village is an 8-acre mixed-use development located at NC 49 and Hwy 160 in Charlotte. The project totals approximately 70,000 square feet including approximately 19,000 square feet of retail and 51,000 square feet of medical and professional office space. Tenants include Presbyterian Regional Healthcare Corp., Allen Tate Realtors, Hickory Tavern, Luigis Pizza, and State Farm.
