Engage Intown Development, LLC has purchased a 1,300 s.f. office condominium in Mountain Island Village in Charlotte, NC, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners.

Mountain Island Village is a 14-acre mixed-use development modeled after a traditional Nantucket style village. It is located at the southwest corner of the Hwy. 16 and Rozzelles Ferry Road intersection, and includes plans for up to 100,000 s.f. of commercial space.
