Background Investigation Bureau purchases parcel at Crosland's Northcross Business Campus

Charlotte, N.C. -Background Investigation Bureau, Inc. purchased a 2.5 acre parcel for $350,140 at Crosland's Northcross Business Campus. Background Investigation Bureau will operate the company headquarters at the location from a new 15,000 SF office building.

Northcross Business Campus is a 50-acre business park located off of I-77 at Exit 25 in Huntersville, NC. Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented Crosland in this transaction.
