Justin Holofchak is a native Charlottean and has over 23 years of land brokerage experience in the Charlotte region. Justin has a comprehensive knowledge of all facets of land brokerage, including site selection/acquisition, disposition, land assemblage and entitlement acquisition consultation. Using these multi-disciplinary skills across all major land product lines coupled with Justin’s work ethic and ability to develop strong relationships, allows Justin to provide his clients with across-the-board services in meeting all facets of their real estate needs. Justin has built a large portfolio of clients through representing landowners, builders, developers and investors with listings and transactions that vary in size and type.
Justin is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he earned a degree in Biology. He is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina and has been a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS (“CRCBR”) Circle of Excellence since 2004. Justin is reliably one of the top land producer platinum award recipients given each year. Justin enjoys sharing his knowledge of land brokerage by teaching CRCBR’s Core Concepts land class.
In his free time, Justin enjoys time with his family in the North Carolina mountains often hiking, fishing and exploring.
