Lea Myers started working for MPV Properties in September 2015, and brings over years experience in accounting to the team. Prior to joining MPV she worked for Turret Steel in Washington, PA for over 15 years. In her role as Senior Property Accountant, her duties include: depositing tenant payments, monthly review of financial reports, supporting property management in preparing monthly owner reports, calculating and recording appropriate depreciation and amortization of fixed assets, annual yearend adjustments, releasing vendor payments, and monitoring and reviewing property bank accounts.
