Rebecca Herron

Director of Office & Industrial

Rebecca Herron is an office and industrial broker for MPV Properties focusing on tenant representation. Her responsibilities include business development, real estate planning, market research, financial analysis and lease/sale negotiation. At MPV, Rebecca’s diverse skill set provides her clients with a strategic advantage as she represents them in relocations, expansions, renewals, dispositions and Build to Suits.

Prior to joining MPV, Rebecca led business development at a geotechnical and environmental engineering firm, where she gained experience in the processes of due diligence, rezoning, property surveys assessments, feasibility studies, property condition assessments, and environmental Phase 1 ESA assessments. This is in addition to the in-depth knowledge she acquired within general construction, including permitting, tenant improvements, economic development, and build-to-suit projects. Outside of real estate, Rebecca also has five years of experience as an advertising consultant for print and digital projects, with expertise in both account management and sales training.

Rebecca is an alumna of the University of Texas at Austin. There, she graduated with a B.S. in Corporate Communications and a minor in Business Foundations, and was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. She is privileged to serve on both the Board of Managers for the Harris & Harris Express YMCA, and the South Chapter Board of the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance. Active throughout the community, she is also a member of CREW, Commercial Real Estate Women, CRCBR, Charlotte Region Board of Realtors and a member of Myers Park Methodist. Rebecca currently holds real estate licenses in North and South Carolina and a recipient of the CRCBR Multi-Million Dollar Bronze award for transaction volume in 2018.
