Charlotte, NC (January, 2016)MPV Properties (MPV) has begun construction of 2400 South, a 3-story, 36,000 SF mixed-use building located at 2400 South Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina. The project is positioned in the center of South End’s redevelopment activity, and its tenant mix of retail, medical and office will add to the first class developments being built in the area. Signed leases in the building include Novant Medical Group, Truliant Federal Credit Union, and Project Pie. The remainder of the second and third floors of the building will include office and medical users.

Mark Newell and George Macon with MPV Properties are leading the development for the project. Newell continues to lease medical and office space in the building, while Keely (Simerville) Hines, also with MPV Properties, is leasing the remaining shop space. Choate Construction is the general contractor for the project. Robert Johnson Architects designed the building. Planned delivery is 3rd quarter 2016.
