The new 53,000 SF location is open 24-hours daily and includes a Starbucks, salad bar, and drive-thru pharmacy. The grocer is the first tenant to open its doors in the shopping center, which is being developed by MPV Properties. Other tenants coming to the center include Hungry Howie’s Pizza, UPS Store, Great Clips, and Lucky Nails, all to open in the next few weeks.

Kendrick Crossing is located at the signalized intersection of Robinwood Road and Kendrick Road. Joey Morganthall and Robbie Branstrom with MPV Properties are leasing the remaining shop space. ai Design is the architect, and Cummings is the general contractor on the project.
