Charlotte, NC (January, 2018) – MPV Properties (MPV) is pleased to announce three new locations for Nékter Juice Bar in the Charlotte, North Carolina market.
Nékter’s most recent location sits prominently along South Boulevard at 2725 South Boulevard, Suite B, and occupies 840 SF in the new Harris Teeter shopping center of South End. This follows shortly after the opening of a 1,551 SF location in Cornelius at 19116 West Catawba Avenue, Suite B, in December of last year. Both stores are also “Skoop” locations, offering a variety of flavors for their smooth dairy-free frozen treat. Nékter operates from 7:00am – 7:00pm Sunday through Friday, and 7:00am – 8:00pm on Saturday.
A third location for Nékter is planned for the Strawberry Hill shopping center, which is currently under redevelopment in the suburb of Providence Park on the north side of Providence Road and Sardis Road. This location will occupy 1,298 SF, and is expected to open in the fall of 2018.
Nékter Juice Bar offers freshly made juice, smoothies, cold pressed juice cleanses, and handcrafted acai bowls. “The fresh pressed juice market is underprovided in Charlotte. We’re excited to be on the scene in such a health-conscious and active city like Charlotte,” says Dr. Todd Engel, Nékter franchisee for all of North and South Carolina.
