Mint Hill, NC (February, 2018) – MPV Properties (MPV) is pleased to announce Shoppes at Mint Hill, a new 15,224 SF mixed-use development planned for Mint Hill, NC. MPV recently closed on a 1.7 acre parcel, prominently located at the southwest corner of Matthews-Mint Hill Road and Cresthill Drive, in the heart of Mint Hill. Novant Medical Group has signed a lease to occupy 6,124 SF in the building. Mark Newell with MPV represented the buyer, and Zack Daniel with Caldwell Banker Meca represented the seller in the land purchase. Additional space is available. Mark Newell and George Macon with MPV are responsible for the leasing and development of the building.
Construction is expected to begin this April. Robert Johnson architects designed the building, which is expected to be completed by year end.
