Denver, NC (February, 2018) – Southern Oncology Specialists and MPV Properties (MPV)
are pleased to announce the expansion of Southern Oncology Specialists to Denver, NC. The Charlotte-based practice has signed a lease for 5,400 SF at Denver Medical Two, a newly constructed 8,400 SF Class-A medical office building located at 268 Gillman Road. Near the intersection of Highway 16 and Highway 73 in the Sixteen Center, this will be the third location for the practice. The exterior construction of the building is complete; the upfit of Southern Oncology Specialists’ space is expected to be completed in June.
Mark Newell with MPV negotiated the lease for the landlord, and Bob McGrath with Merit Properties negotiated the lease for the tenant. Mark Newell and George Macon of MPV handled the development of the building, with Shelco as the contractor, and Robert Johnson Architects as the designer.
