Charlotte, NC (August, 2018) – MPV Properties (MPV) is pleased to announce the re-opening of select shops at Strawberry Hill shopping center in South Charlotte. Ambiance Hair Salon, The Nail Center, Phil’s Deli II, Aqua E Vino, Thai Orchid, and A Bonnart Jewelers will be open for business this coming Monday, August 6; one week ahead of schedule. These shops had closed due to the ongoing redevelopment and renovation work at the center in July. Major improvements have been made to the common walkway areas including repaved walkways, modern architectural finishes, and a new water feature. At this time, Red Rocks and Three French Hens will remain closed due to the stores’ own interior renovation work.
Once development at Strawberry Hill is complete, the center will include a new 24,000 SF The Fresh Market, and approximately 17,000 SF of new shop space at the corner of Providence Road and Sardis Road. The completed center will also welcome new tenants including Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Nékter, Superica, Hollywood Feed Holistic Pet Food & Supplies, and MOD Pizza.
